Training Services

Training by Accuratus is customized to meet the needs of the customer.  By using already developed modules as a starting point, programs are then structured to follow the particular network design of the customer, including the customer's network elements.  The end result is a focused program that concentrates on the areas identified by the customer, and can yield very productive sessions in shorter periods of time.

The approach of developing a customized program involves up-front participation typically from the manager of the people being trained, some of the trainees, and technical resources that support the network.  Accuratus will seek input from these people, and develop an outline of the program.  After reviewing it with the participants, Accuratus will ask for approval and begin to develop the detailed program.  Drafts will be provided for review and comment, leading to a well thought out program that meets the needs of the customer.

In addition to the lecture/Powerpoint presentation, some programs may include lab sessions working with real test equipment and live circuits, tours of switching and colocation facilities, and other hands-on work as determined.

Of course, tests are given to measure comprehension and participation, and a participant evaluation of the program is requested.  Both are key to measuring the effectiveness of the program, and are used to improve future programs.
