Interconnection	Provide support for all aspects of CLEC interconnection with the Incumbent LEC.  Selection and negotiation of Interconnection Agreements, amendment of ICAs to incorporate new services, transport and trunking planning and ordering, collocation planning and ordering, technical support for dispute resolution.
Network Planning	Design and implement switching networks, design and plan transport networks, voice over DSL, Ethernet over copper, IP networks, softswitching.
Regulatory	Getting Started, Developing Tariffs, LEC Disputes, Formal Complaints, Cost Dockets, Expert Witness, Review and Development of Cost Models (UNE, TELRIC-based).
Network Monitoring	Design and install SNMP monitoring hardware and software, integrate into a Network Monitoring System using freeware such as Nagios and NMS.
Training	Technical training programs for installers, CO technicians, and field technicians.  Overview of technology, service delivery, and interconnection with Incumbent LEC's.  Custom designed programs held at the customer's site(s).
Network Documentation	Review in-place network and document transport and trunking arrangements. Assist in developing forecasts for transport and trunking needs.
Network Cost Control	Analyze existing network deployment and identify cost reduction opportunities. Project manage the implementation of cost reduction plan. Resolve carrier bill disputes.
Next Generation Planning	Develop advanced transport backbones incorporating IP, MPLS, services via DSL, packet switching and distributed call processing.
Fiber Transport	Evaluate build and leasing of dark fiber, negotiate finished service leases, unbundled fiber from Incumbent LEC's.
LEC Service Planning	Plan, select and implement SS7 services, LIDB/CNAM, Operator and Directory, E911 toll carrier access billing (CABS).
Toll Service	Build carrier-class toll services, plan for redundancy and diversity, choose toll providers, plan traffic routing, test billing interface.
